
This programme line will also focus on the position of what is public space today, what is public sphere, the right to use the city. The line will also analyze restrictions related to the Covid-19 pandemic and their results on the production of contemporary art, the rights and positions of cultural workers and the changes in the ways in which contemporary art and culture can be “consumed” and produced today. It explores especially what should be its relation to the needs and involvement of citizens / local communities. The outcomes of this line will include educational programmes, participatory programmes and multilayered events such as festivals.
