The commission consists of three workshops on the topics of inclusivity and awareness. The first offered an introduction to the discussion of racism and whiteness. It provided a space to reflect on the position of a white person in racist systems and what privileges are associated with it. In the second workshop, attendees got an understanding of disability and ableism and learned why access is a human right as well as why it is a matter of mindset in the first place. The third workshop dealt with discrimination, intersectionality, and own privileges. The workshops were curated by Paloma Nana and Paulina Seyfried.
