This month, The Faculty of things that can’t be learned (FRU) main focus is on the organizational process of a research-based exhibition and public program that marks 20 years since the foundation of the “DENES” Young Visual Artist Award in Macedonia. giving an overview of the social and political position of arts and culture in the past 20 years through the presentation of 15 artists.
Currently, there is a negotiation with the National Gallery of RN Macedonia to provide an exhibition space that will enable equal access. This would mean access to the exhibition space with fewer barriers, considering the quality of the offered locations, which will significantly contribute toward a better understanding of the exhibition content. Reasonable adjustments should be considered to eliminate intellectual, sensory, physical, cultural, financial, and organizational barriers. Excluding intellectual barriers would mean giving information in various formats to be easier to access and understand, which also means sensory approachable or easy to hear or read. Providing access to the space and the content for people with disabilities. Furthermore, providing different cultural perspectives for different audiences, for example, offering a description in the local language but international as well.
